Probably nobody knows this but I went on a very impromptu day trip to Johor Bahru with my mum and my sister yesterday (Friday) . I had known we were going to go out but I didn't expect my mum to call me and tell me to head over to Changi Airport right away . Whoop dee doo !


Don't know whether to call it fruitful or not , because I only bought 3 things while my sister bought 2 . While we were walking for about a total of 4 hours (we had dinner in between) , my mum spent her time blissfully sitting on a plump chair where a guy massaged her feet / removed the dead skin . Ugh , can't ever imagine doing that kind of job .





These are the first two things I bought . They're from this shop called Factory Outlet Store (F.O.S.) . The last time I went to JB I bought shirts from there too (one of which has mysteriously disappeared before I had the chance to wear it) . As for the shorts , I had a long time deliberating over whether to buy green or yellow , but I decided on yellow in the end . The black tee , if it's unclear , actually has coloured heels on top .





Okay I had to take picture of this and show people . This uber crazy jacket is definitely one of the coolest jackets I've ever seen (that remains in my memory) . The price was I think 400+ going on 500RM though . Expensive ! If it was something like SGD$50 I wouldn't mind buying it . It'd be so cool !





This is my ultimate favourite buy . The colours in this picture aren't precise because my phone's camera is lousy (in my opinion) , but it's actually a kind of dark blue , turquoise and white . There was another design for this monochrome top/dress in the shop where I bought it , and that was (from top to bottom) , white , reddish-pink and gray . I decided on the blue one though . The stuff were selling at 1 piece for 29RM , 2 pieces for 50RM . My sister bought a dress too . I love my buy so so so much ! But it's a pretty ____ (don't know the word) piece , and I don't really have any bags that can go with it ... I'll probably buy a satchel-like bag next time .





The shop didn't allow trying on of items , so my sister and I just tried on what we bought there at home . When I had held it up against my body in the shop , the hemline was some bit above my kneecap and looked pretty okay , but when I wore it , turns out it's pretty short ! So I probably won't be wearing it as a dress , but as a top . This is what it would look like :






Exchange rate now is approximately 1RM = 0.4SGD .


Black printed tee : 37RM = SGD$14.80

Yellow shorts : 55RM = SGD$22

Monochrome top/dress : 25RM = SGD$10


Total : 117RM = SGD$46.80 !


Overall pretty satisfied . The top/dress was pretty cheap , but I didn't think the rest were , considering that they're from JB . Oh well !


Reached home and finished bathing at about half past midnight , after which all of us blissfully dropped our carcasses on our beds and drooled off .



#factaboutme : I'm a picky shopper . Anyone who shops with me will know that . I don't exactly have a particular style , although I go out in a simple tee and shorts a lot , because it's comfortable . I'm not the kind of girl who follows the trends all the time , like high-waists and all . But after a while I might find them pretty . Laggish , I know .


But the fact remains that I love shopping .
